1
Beginners
Have you never danced Balboa or only taken one or two classes? Have you watched videos of amazing dancers that made you dream and now want to learn from them? Paris Spring Balboa invites you to a special 2-hour workshop for absolute beginners, taught by international instructors. It’s the perfect opportunity to start with the best foundations!

Level 2
Do you dance Balboa and want to build your skills on solid foundations or revisit your fundamentals (the most important—and sometimes the hardest—part)? Level 2 of Paris Spring Balboa is made for you! Our international instructors will help you progress through the Balboa essentials while introducing you to fresh, creative variations.

Level 3
Level 3 is designed for dancers who have at least two years of regular balboa practice, and who have mastered the fundamental basics and classic figures. The classes focus on movement fluidity, advanced improvisation, and a strong connection with the partner. Participants will explore variations and enhance their comfort and confidence on the dance floor.

Level 4
You are an experienced dancer, perfectly at ease with the fundamentals of balboa and various variations. Fast tempos do not intimidate you.
If you want to further enrich your vocabulary and gain more quality and fluidity in your dance, then sign up for Level 4 of the Paris Spring Balboa!
We also invite you to participate in auditions for Level 5!

Level 5
by audition
You have a very advanced level, with a rich vocabulary and you are comfortable with fast tempos. You now seek to perfect the finesse of your dance: connection, musicality, and the flow of more complex sequences.
The PSB invites you to
register at Level 4 and to participate in auditions for Level 5.

An audition for Level 5?
The PSB is organizing an audition for Level 5 to help maintain consistency between Level 4 and Level 5.
For whom?
The audition is open to everyone registered in Level 4, whether they are aiming for Level 5 or not (you never know!).
How?
Auditions can feel intimidating, even if the stakes are low! That’s why the PSB will offer a friendly and relaxed format to help you avoid feeling like you’re under a spotlight. For those who enjoy the spotlight—no worries, you’ll have every opportunity to shine as brightly as you want!
We’ll recreate the vibe of a social dance evening:

Social dancing with a large group

2 or 3 songs at different tempos

Changing partners for each song
-
International teachers will move among the dancers and hand out the bracelets for Level 5
